One evening, three unique locations. Hotel Sacher Salzburg opens its doors for the Spring Festival as part of Eat & Meet. Discover:

  • Wintergarten with views of the Salzach River and the historic Old Town
  • Restaurant Zirbelzimmer, preserved in its original 1866 condition
  • Sacher Bar with elegant lounge-style ambiance

This year, Executive Chef Michael Gahleitner and renowned guest chefs will present their creations not at a seated dinner, but at various stations throughout the hotel, accompanied by carefully selected wines from esteemed winemakers. Guests can move freely from station to station, tasting a wide variety of culinary highlights. Musical entertainment is provided by Richie Loidl & Band, performing Boogie-Woogie and Blues.

Japanese Fruit Sandwich

Celebrate spring at Café Sacher Salzburg. Chef-Pâtissier David Wanderer presents fresh Fruit Sandos, creative fruit sandwiches inspired by Japanese cuisine and made with regional fruits. A variety of toppings create a light, refreshing taste of spring. In fine weather, the Fruit Sandos are served as a pop-up in front of the hotel. Otherwise, they can be enjoyed inside the café.
