Selected terrace suites offer an extraordinary setting for very intimate civil ceremonies above the rooftops of Vienna’s first district.

Depending on the chosen suite and arrangement, ceremonies with approximately ten guests are possible. Views across Vienna’s historic city centre such as to the Vienna State Opera and St. Stephen’s Cathedral create a unique backdrop for exchanging vows, raising a first glass of champagne and beginning the celebration in complete privacy.

Upon request, our team can assist with coordinating professional hair stylists, make-up artists, photographers and videographers. Spa treatments can also be arranged, creating an opportunity to pause and unwind before the ceremony. 

Intimate civil ceremonies can take place in selected suites and event spaces at the hotel. Flowers, musical accompaniment, personalized stationery and other details can be coordinated to create an atmosphere that reflects your individual vision. 

Following the ceremony, you and your guests can continue with a champagne reception, wedding dinner and celebration at Hotel Sacher. A traditional Viennese horse-drawn carriage ride or limousine transfer can also become part of your wedding experience. 

Rooms and suites are available for the wedding couple and guests, allowing every chapter of the celebration to take place under one roof.
