It’s no wonder that this elegant and stylish luxury restaurant, awarded with one toque from the Gourmet Guide Gault Millau, is the ultimate meeting place for lovers of opera, with its ideal culinary appendage to a cultural evening.
Enjoy traditional Austrian and Viennese specialities, in addition to our regular menu; there is a daily menu with seasonal culinary delights. In summer, the foldaway windows of the conservatory transform the “Rote Bar” into a large open terrace.
The wine cellar boasts a comprehensive international wine assortment. In harmony with the Viennese cuisine, however, the Hotel Sacher has, above all, a wide variety of Austrian wines – particularly from the wine-growing areas of Vienna and the surrounding region.
