Original Sacher-Torte

In 1832, Franz Sacher created the Original Sacher-Torte. To this day, it is handcrafted in 34 individual steps and is regarded as one of Vienna’s most iconic culinary specialties. For many years, we have carried this tradition beyond Austria’s borders. Through selected international pop-ups, we bring a piece of Viennese coffee house culture to special locations across Europe. Whether in renowned, family-run hotels or historically significant destinations, each collaboration is carefully chosen. It reflects a shared commitment to genuine hospitality and timeless elegance. Alongside our online shop, these temporary locations offer the opportunity to enjoy the Original Sacher-Torte internationally, directly on site.

In collaboration with Restaurant Doubek, the two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant from Vienna, this special culinary moment brings together Viennese tradition, craftsmanship and hospitality with the charm of the Danish capital.
