Order for and send off the Original Sacher-Torte

There is only one original. Since 1832.
How to identify the original:
- Bordeaux red wrapping paper with a Biedermeier motif
- The registered trademark “Hotel Sacher Wien” on the cover of the wooden box
- Only the Original Sacher-Torte is allowed to bear the wording “Original” within the seal
- The four golden corners on the wooden box
- The wood engraving of the Hotel Sacher Wien as well “Das Original” and “Hotel Sacher Wien” in writing in the inside of the lid
- The “Hotel Sacher” round seal made of chocolate on the Original Sacher-Torte itself

The Original Sacher-Torte, which is sold in an attractive wooden box is wrapped for shipment and comes in four standard sizes. On special request, we can make even bigger cakes, ranging from 24 cm to 46 cm in diameter.

Storage
In order to ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storage of the Original Sacher-Torte between the temperatures 16°C and 18°C. Storage in the refrigerator, therefore, is not suitable.
