The Café Sacher Innsbruck was opened in July 1999 in the Hofburg Imperial Palace near the famous “Goldenes Dachl” and the Tiroler Landestheater.
After a complete refurbishment early 2011 it was reopened on 12 March 2011 with Chef and manager Florian Prelog. It is not a replica of the Café Sacher Wien but in style and interior design it reflects all the prominent elements of the original.
The new Café Sacher Innsbruck is a successful combination of a winebar, restaurant & café, guests enjoy the culinary specialties that have made the Sacher cuisine famous like the Original Sacher-Torte. In the summer the quiet interior courtyard of the palace entices many a guest to relax and linger a while. The Café Sacher Innsbruck is open daily from 8:30 a.m. until 12 midnight.
