Salon Sacher is also a tribute to Anna Sacher, whose sense of style and hospitality continues to shape the spirit of Sacher today. A special highlight is the historic stucco ceiling dating from the building’s early years, which was rediscovered and revealed during the redesign. The Sacher Afternoon Tea will be served from Thursday to Monday, at two seatings: 1:00 pm or 4:30 pm. Vegetarian or vegan options are available upon request.

Aperitivo and Cocktails with Campari

In the early evening, Salon Sacher presents itself as a stylish cocktail bar where classic drinks and creative Campari creations take center stage. A special highlight is the Sacher Negroni by WM Brown, an elegant reinterpretation of the timeless cocktail classic, served with an Original Sacher cube as a sweet accompaniment. The cocktails are complemented by selected bar snacks and light vegetarian dishes, as well as classics from the Sacher kitchen such as the Original Sacher Toast or the Sacher Club Sandwich. Salon Sacher combines Italian aperitivo culture with the unmistakable charm of Vienna, creating a stylish meeting place in the heart of the city.
