Spanning two floors, the café is defined by an impressive crystal chandelier that connects both levels and serves as its architectural centerpiece. On the ground floor, a lively atmosphere with high tables invites guests to enjoy a quick espresso or a short break right in Vienna’s city centre. Upstairs, a calmer lounge setting with velvet seating offers a more relaxed experience. Curated portraits, including Anna Sacher with her loyal French Bulldog Tommy, connect the modern interior with the heritage of the house. In the morning, selected breakfast variations such as Anna Sacher’s set breakfast await. Throughout the day, the menu combines Austrian classics with contemporary dishes. In the evening, Café Bel Étage presents itself as an urban-elegant restaurant in Vienna, where traditional specialties such as Wiener Schnitzel meet creative fish and meat dishes as well as vegetarian options. The refined setting makes it an ideal choice after a day in Vienna’s city centre or an evening at the Opera. The culinary experience is complemented by the Original Sacher-Torte, fine desserts, and selected coffee specialties from our all-day menu.

 

On the ground floor, the Sacher Confiserie Wien enhances the experience with selected Sacher specialties and wonderful gift items. Alongside the Original Sacher-Torte and fine pralines, you will find distinctive products from the world of Sacher, ideal for taking a piece of Sacher indulgence home with you.
