2 char filets, fresh and boned
2 avocados
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
salt
freshly ground white pepper
a pinch of sugar
lemon juice
a few drops of Tabasco sauce
lemon balm to garnish

Tip:
If the Tatar of char is not being served as a breakfast but rather as a small starter, fried filet of char strips can be served along as a tasty accompaniment.
