Opera and Ballet across the Centuries

The State Opera opens the new season with a program that has a lot to offer to both opera and ballet lovers. The musical highlight will be the premiere of "Faust" by Charles Gounod, featuring a sensational cast: Roberto Alagna as Doktor Faustus and Angela Gheorgiu as Margarethe singing under the direction of Bertrand Billy.
