A large, magnificent ballroom with crystal chandeliers, marble columns, and ornate wall decorations, where staff prepare elegant tables with white tablecloths and colorful flower arrangements.

Hotel Sacher Vienna traditionally opens its doors on New Year’s Day, inviting you to a special start to 2026. Enjoy a delightful lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm or immerse yourself in the elegant evening atmosphere with a stylish dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Look forward to an extraordinary four-course menu that makes the beginning of the year a memorable culinary experience. For our younger guests aged 6 to 12, we also offer the “Petit Sacher Festive Menu”, a specially crafted three-course menu for little gourmets. Whether in the Restaurant Rote Bar, the Restaurant Grüne Bar, or the Marmorsaal, we look forward to welcoming you and celebrating the New Year together.
