Our head chef Manfred Stüfler invites you into this atmospheric Salzburg dining room with its traditional wood panelled walls and ceiling. He has been working with Sacher for 21 years, first in Vienna, and now in Salzburg, where he has been awarded with a Gault Millau toque. His speciality is cooking with all kinds of mushrooms - however, you can also choose from a range of international gourmet food cooked to the highest possible standard. Head out onto the terrace for sensational views of Salzburg’s old town!
