A Sweet Secret
The Original Sacher-Torte is the world's most famous chocolate cake with a recipe that has remained a well-kept secret since 1832. More than 360,000 pieces are produced by hand every year and for more than 180 years they have been spread with apricot jam, iced and wrapped in exactly the same way. The Original Sacher-Torte tastes best with a portion of unsweetened whipped cream and a cup of Original Sacher coffee or tea.

How to Identify the Original
There is only one original, but it is easy to identify. Here's how to best identify the Original Sacher-Torte that is protected by copyright:

To make your gift even more personal, you can have the inside of the box printed to your liking, for example with a company logo, or the name of the recipient.
Don't put it in the fridge
We recommend storing the Original Sacher-Torte between 16°C and 18°C to keep it fresh. Ideally it is best not to store it in a refrigerator. Delivery is possible worldwide to most countries so you can send it to your friends and family across the world!
