• Kids cooking class "Burger, Burger!"

  "Burger, Burger!"..is the slogan of this year's children's cooking class. The children create dishes with Chef Manfred Stüfler and his team at the Hotel Sacher Salzburg. The young chefs will learn playful to make healthy food for themselves. Do not waste the opportunity and register your children for the cooking class in the Sacher kitchen. Date: Tuesday, 4. • Whitsun Festival Salzburg

  Guest concerts by international orchestras such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra or the London Symphony Orchestra were added to the program after Herbert von Karajan's death. After 1989 the initial concept of focusing the Whitsun concerts on works by Anton Bruckner was no longer upheld. In 1997 the "Whitsun Concerts" name was given to Baden-Baden to pave the way for a new concept in Salzburg: Salzburg's Whitsun Festival was born in 1998.

• Literature Festival Salzburg

  22.-26. May 2013

  The 6th Literature Festival Salzburg 22 to 26 May 2013 invites literature fans to readings and discussions. Expected Zeh, Eva Manasseh and Alfred Kolleritsch. The cinematic portrait "traveling in their own room" by Bernhard Braunstein and David Gross is shown as part of the Literature Festival in the cinema.
