Apple-horseradish sauce
Ingredients
3-4 tart apples (granny smiths)
1 Tbsp icing sugar
2 cl lemon juice
approx. 30 g fresh horseradish, grated (or horseradish from a jar)
salt
a few drops of beef stock

Preparation
Peel the apples and cut into slices. Remove seeds. Grate the apples, quickly adding lemon juice and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
