Chive sauce

Ingredients

for 6 servings

2 boiled eggs
100 ml vegetable oil
2 pieces of toast, without crust
250 ml milk
250 g sour cream
2 Tbsps chives, finely chopped
salt
white pepper

Preparation

Soak the toast in milk. Peel and cut the eggs. Drain the toast, and mix with the eggs and other ingredients using a hand-held mixer.
Season the sauce to taste and allow to cool. Serve in a gravy boat.
